- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Custom-stitched clothing is non-returnable and non-refundable, as it is made according to your provided measurements and requirements.
- Unstitched fabric can be returned or exchanged if it is not cut, used, or altered.

- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
